Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of operating systems and basic knowledge of network management systems and end devices.
  • Understanding the basics of IT infrastructure and telecommunications.
  • Communicative knowledge of English.
  • Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a focus on teamwork.
  • Strong internal customer orientation and high responsibility and flexibility.
  • Quick learning and the ability to independently acquire knowledge. Working in accordance with established company processes and procedures.
