Job Description & Qualifications

You will be part of Global Sage X3, you will carry out technical expertise missions with Sage's international subsidiaries, our partners and our customers during the pre-sales phases, implementations, transfer of skills and support around Sage X3 solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Key Tasks

• Provide the highest level of Customer satisfaction
• Build successful relationships with all stakeholders in order to understand and communicate their needs.
• Propose IT solutions in line with the client`s expectations and needs, in terms of business and technical requirements
• Identify customer's existing technical needs and propose solutions.
• To be informed of Sage offers for On Premise, Private Cloud and Public Cloud solutions. • • •Investigate public cloud deployment options for all new solutions and releases.
• Share best practices by designing advanced skills transfer programs
• Development of managerial documentation such as: project plan, schedule, reports, acceptance protocol, etc
• Responsibility for the implementation of tasks - including timeliness and quality of products, risk in the project and change management, as well as taking care of the effectiveness of projects.

Your Profile:

• Min. 1 year of experience as a programmer of ERP, WMS, SCM systems.
• Programming skills in any scripting language as PHP, Python, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of related to relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Availability to go on business trips as part of implemented projects. The number of business trips should not exceed 25% of the working time
• Higher education in economics or IT
• Knowledge of Finance and/or Production and/or Distribution functional areas.
• Teamwork, with the ability to work autonomously in very fast, agile and changing environments.
• Effective communication skills in English, polish is a plus but is not compulsory.
