Job Description & Qualifications

The EY Transaction Advisory Services team offers you the opportunity to join a growing, successful team as a junior consultant. We are the place for you if you like variety, would like to get to know more industries and continuous learning is important to you.

The Capital & Debt Advisory area provides the following services:

Financing advice:

• financial examination of the feasibility of an investment/project/acquisition (in terms of financeability)
• identification and examination of various financing options (loan, capital raising, bond)
• financing organization

Restructuring consulting:

• financial restructuring for indebted companies (even on behalf of the financing bank),
• consulting on non-performing loans (NPL) management

Rating consulting:

• support for obtaining a new rating
• support for the annual review of the existing rating

Real estate consulting:

• preparing a valuation
• alternative utilization analysis (best use)
• investor search

As a member of the team, you will have a task

• Supporting the work of senior colleagues
• Market research related to transaction deals
• Preparation of offers for future customers
• Preparation of bank and investor presentations

Who are we looking for?

• Higher degree in economics (Finance / Accounting MSc)
• Knowledge of the company's business plan and financial/debt servicing model
• Strong analytical and analytical skills
• Confident financial/accounting/cash flow skills
• High level user knowledge of MS Office
• Logical thinking, recognition of connections
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hungarian
