Part of our Energy Unit, the Sofia office hosts a multidisciplinary team of 35 people that are working on a variety of projects around the globe with focus on nuclear facilities. We are currently looking to expand the team by recruiting a Junior Architect/ Architectural Technician who will be working in our Sofia office.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Architectural team. This would ideally suit someone with up to 3 years architectural experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic technically minded individual to work as part of a team to deliver a wide range of projects in the industrial sector, both locally and internationally.

Job Functions

  • Collaborating with designers at concept stage followed by preparation of design, construction and tender information
  • Measured surveys of buildings/services and production of existing Revit models.
  • Building information modelling and production of detailed design drawings and documentation for tendering and construction (including BoQs and Specifications)
  • Attending client and contractor meetings and producing minutes of same.
  • Engaging with their colleagues and understanding the professional and technical direction of the team
  • Liaising with the client through the project life cycle under supervision of the lead architect.

Candidate Specification:

  • BSc Architecture or Architectural Technology Degree

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Reasonable knowledge of Revit is essential
  • Working proficiency in English is a must.
  • Rendering and graphic design skills would be an advantage
