The team operates document automation platform that is being used in almost 50 countries, will soon provide the services to the whole PwC Network globally and expand to external markets. Our team provides broad range of services, such as solution design, software implementation, software development and integrations, application management and maintenance, robotic process automation or data analytics. About The Team Leader

Radek works as a Tech-team leader in the Document Automation (DA) team, leading the IT division of the DA team. His team is responsible for taking care of all IT related aspects of the existing solutions as well as in the new projects - spanning from ensuring smooth operation of the existing systems, infrastructure and services to creating new applications (for internal and external clients) using the top tier technology. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoor exploring new places, driving, playing speed-chess or just watching any good movies.

Job Description & Summary

For a growing PwC’s Document Automation team based in the Czech Republic we are looking for an IT Operations Projects coordinator to help us manage the existing portfolio of services and a delivery of new projects to our clients. The big advantage of this work is that you will have a chance to work across all IT domains.

  • Oversee diverse operation & development projects execution, planning and benefits realization.
  • Communicate with the application vendor and PwC technical (IT) teams.
  • Facilitate speedy resolution of technical issues and new requirements (application, security, networking) with PwC IT teams and the application vendor.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues should they arise.
  • Work with various systems and technologies (Win/Linux, Azure, Kubernetes, CyberARK etc.).
  • Support the existing hosting infrastructure and keep optimizing it.
  • Participate in technical development, solution designs, realization and improvements.
  • Support the release and change management processes, administer access to IT resources.
  • Support the vendor in technical related topics (i.e. new feature requirements).
  • Onboard new (or alter existing) technical infrastructure based on a demand.
  • Assist in ensuring all DA’s services, applications and systems work as expected.

Requirement of the role

  • Formal education in IT (Bachelor / Master’s degree).
  • General orientation in IT and good knowledge of basic IT concepts (HW/SW/OS, databases, ISO/OSI, networking, virtualization, security, APIs etc.).
  • Structured approach, being organized, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English (B2+) and Czech/Slovak.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team.
  • Programming knowledge is a plus.
  • Suitable for IT graduates.
