In Corporate Internal Audit, our mission is to protect and enable growth across the Group by providing independent, objective assurance and audit related consulting activities designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. We perform audits worldwide across all business units and supporting functions of the group, e.g. Finance, IT and Compliance. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to influence change and help the Group achieve its mission. Become a member of our international team in Prague and support us with your expertise, creativity and flexibility.


  • Building up auditing and DHL business knowledge by following our training scheme.
  • Participation in financial, operational, and compliance audit assignments in various divisions.
  • Benefiting from regular feedbacks to build an understanding of own strengths and improving further.
  • Completing the training and becoming Internal Auditor in one of our regional audit offices in Czech Republic, Germany, U.S. or Singapore.

Your offer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and knowledge.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to assess the wider picture, anticipate issues before they arise and identify opportunities to mitigate risks.
  • Professional handling of MS-Office and experience with data analytics is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language (in written and spoken).
