Job Description & Qualifications

The Shared Services CTC Intern will support the Master data, Collections, Disputes and Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) teams. The position will be tasked with delivering CTC service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CTC service level and effectiveness expected throughout.

Key contributions

Financial Services Delivery

  • Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc)
  • Ensures that Coca-Cola EP policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.) 
  • Supports the credit collections processes by reviewing the payments and direct debit proposals, ensuring the customers ledgers are cleared and up to date with the payments received, monitors and reviews the dunning process and responds to identified customer issues, queries and needs in Sales Force (case management tool)
  • Escalates queries as appropriate via Collections Management Team Manager and the CTC Sr.Manager
  • Resolves pricing related claims and disputes.
  • Handles requests in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, escalating where necessary
  • Provides support to other team members where required
  • Provides feedback to ensure that processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner as possible
  • Works to ensure the achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Partnership Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provides support on CMA processes
  • To support the documentation of all off invoice activity processes for accruals and payments 
  • To review and authorize accruals/payments in line with the CoA
  • Ensures that all CMA invoicing / credit memos / debit memos are sent to agreed customer deadlines and meets customer expectations
  • Ensures Invoicing / Payment / Accrual period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
  • To gather data requested by audit teams during financial and SOX audits

Relationships

  • Builds strong relationships with CTC Collections, Disputes, Master Data and CMA Handling team members
  • Builds strong relationships with the other SSC and BU Finance teams

Continuous Improvement

  • Provides feedback and support to the CTC Management team in driving end-to-end standard CTC processes across the Coca-Cola EP Norway and Sweden business units.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment is desirable
  • Finance Bachelor Degree (complete or in process)
  • ERP experience preferable


Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Understanding of Accounts Receivable area processes
  • Ability to address and escalate issues to the appropriate level where required
  • Fluent in English ( Swedish/Norwegian is an advantage)
  • Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service 
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Time management, planning and organization
