Our requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Experience in HR- employment contract management


  • Prepares the employment contracts, the job descriptions as well as the documentation for the modification or termination of the employment contracts following the observance of the legislation in force and of the company's policies and standards;
  • Prepares and sends the documents for distribution to AJOFM;
  • It is ensured that all the documentation related to the hiring process is complete;
  • Keeps in touch with the SSM and PSI team and provides them with the necessary training data;
  • Archive and keep the documents in accordance with the legislation in force;
  • Has the responsibility to update the database with the documents in the personnel files;
  • Schedule medical check-ups and periodic check-ups;
  • Prepares various activity-specific reports;
  • Provides support in updating the company's HR documentation;
  • Participates actively in HR process improvement projects;
  • Provides support to company employees in the human resources segment;
  • Ensures the implementation of legal and Unilever procedures and requirements in the area of ​​responsibility.
