Currently, we are recruiting multiple candidates for the role of HR Recruitment Services Specialist. In this role you will be an important ambassador of our recruiting experience and it will provide You the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

Your role:

  • Be part of our transformation journey and actively participate in the transition of knowledge and processes from various European countries into our HR Poznan Hub
  • You are the link between the Hiring Manager and Recruiter and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruiting experience
  • Be the expert contact for queries coming from Hiring Managers and Recruiters via cases (ServiceNow), live chat, email or phone and provide end-to-end navigation support along the operational recruiting process
  • Facilitate conversations with the Hiring Manager to gather all information, clarify the role and requirements, determine if the job is a new role and requires a job evaluation, support with changes in the job profile/description if needed and create the final job requisition
  • Partner with Recruiters to align the assignment of job requisitions and maintain talent pools
  • Organize meetings between Hiring Manager and Recruiter to clarify any open points
  • Utilise Workday for position management and further recruiting related transactions
  • Work closely with internal colleagues (Total Rewards, HR Administration, Payroll, HR BP’s, etc.) to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to improving and streamlining our processes

Who you are:

  • Ideal candidates will have Recruitment, Resourcing, Talent Acquisition or HR Operations experience in a multi-national organisation; experience in any other Customer Support related environment also desirable
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems are desirable but extensive trainings will be provided
  • Higher educational degree or equivalent experience

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Fluent spoken and written command of English language skills.
  • Additional European languages (such as Polish, Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish) are a great asset but not a must
  • Communicative skills, customer service-based mindset and focus on getting things done
  • High level of personal resilience; ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to handle multiple activities in parallel (multitasking) in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to structure your daily work
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
