Job Description & Qualifications

We are looking for an Expert in Customer Experience to join a team focused on customer experience management and handling customer feedback mostly in the Retail segment, but not limited to.

If you have:

  • Passion for user centered solutions and practices
  • Ability to analyse data and present findings in understandable way
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • University degree
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Very good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

And you would like to:

  • Monitor level of customer satisfaction through bank's channel and products by applying different research technics (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Enhance the current research methods to understand customer experience better
  • Spread the culture of valuing the importance of customer centricity among other teams
