Your role

  • Participation in local, regional and global projects implemented by the HR team
  • Support for training and development activities, employer branding and diversity activities (Diversity Equity Inclusion)
  • Close cooperation with the HR director (including preparing analyzes in Excel and studies and presentations in Power Point)
  • Cooperation with people at all organizational levels: employees, managers, management board.
  • Preparation and distribution of organizational and personal announcements, promotional materials to internal information channels, and updating the intranet website
  • Registration of employees for medical care in Medicover and the Multisport sports program
  • Maintaining a database of powers of attorney
  • Translation of documents into English
  • Organization of HR department meetings
  • Creating orders in the Proweb system, processing contracts with suppliers.

Your skills

  • Completed university studies or in progress, preferred field: economics, management, linguistics
  • Fluent knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum level. C1
  • Ability to prepare presentations in Power Point and advanced reports in Excel
  • Commitment, initiative and high independence in action
  • Responsibility for assigned tasks, completing tasks to completion
