Job Description & Qualifications

Purpose of the role is to keep regular business processes up & running. This includes master data, price control and reporting tasks and also forecasting processes. In this role you will be responsible for database consistency and reporting based on various data sources. Key tool will be Excel (incl. PowerQuery) and Unilever owned applications, however maintaining Power Bi dashboards is also in the scope.

Job fundamentalsand key deliverables (KPI´s)

  • Manage KPIs scheme for the organization - create and maintain reports in Excel and/or PowerBI
  • Create ad hocs and refresh reports for stakeholders in areas of: Performance, Innovations, Activations, Sales KPIs, Sales Bonus Schemes
  • Administrate repeatable business processes such as: forecasting, trade partner settlements, price controls, discount forms.
  • Maintain data hierachies (MasterData)
  • Control quality of the data in datawarehouse as business fundamental
  • Deliver detailed analysis specific for promo preparation and evaluation
  • Administrate Sales Systeme in Poland incl. managing fucntionalities
  • Create new tools and reports to deliver business efficiency
  • Daily cooperate with providers of business solutions (Absysco, Asseco, MDA, Albedo)

  • Master Degree in economics/econometrics/statistics

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Advanced skills in data analysis (Excel is critical; SQL, DAX would be a benefit)
  • Experience in dashboards creation on BI platforms (PBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of programming (Python, R, VBA) would be a benefit
  • High presentation skills and easinees in explaining ideas
