We expect the Consultant to:

  • minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of tax consulting
  • higher education with legal or economic profile

Your future role

  • analysis of tax law and practice of applying tax law for the purposes of implemented projects
  • assistance in the preparation of due diligence reports, legal and tax opinions, customer correspondence
  • identification of areas of potential tax risk
  • active team support in working on currently implemented tasks

In the M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Team at Deloitte Tax Advisory, we help from a tax perspective to carry out merger and acquisition transactions and the sale of significant assets, as well as manage the related tax risk, providing professional advice and support on matters of fundamental importance for a successful transaction, such like: planning, transaction goal analysis and transaction execution. We help our clients find answers to the most important strategic tax questions.

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • fluent English speaking and writing (C1)
  • knowledge in the field of taxes, in particular in the field of CIT and issues in the field of international taxes (e.g. topics of agreements on the avoidance of double taxation)
  • ability to search, analyze economic and financial information
  • analytical thinking skills and teamwork in a task-oriented team
  • highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to learn quickly and cope with stressful situations
  • very good knowledge of MS Office
