Tasks
Once you join our team as Buyer of Aircraft Related Goods Intern you will:
- Manages and performs the purchasing activities to ensure the supply of aircraft materials to the best possible conditions
- Worldwide sourcing, negotiating conditions and placing purchase orders of aircraft material
- Monitors and updates deliveries status documentation in LHT own supplying system and ERP
- Expedites deliveries and escalates them when necessary and resolve material shortages
- Acts as a direct interface in tracking, monitoring and handling clarifications of created purchase orders until availability at demand location
- Coordination and collaboration with all internal and external colleagues on a professional basis
- Handles own workload of purchasing volumes while aiming at KPIs achievement and keeping the contracted conditions, by using additional tool for KPIs monitoring
