Job Description & Qualifications

Tasks

Once you join our team as Buyer of Aircraft Related Goods Intern you will:

  • Manages and performs the purchasing activities to ensure the supply of aircraft materials to the best possible conditions 
  • Worldwide sourcing, negotiating conditions and placing purchase orders of aircraft material
  • Monitors and updates deliveries status documentation in LHT own supplying system and ERP
  • Expedites deliveries and escalates them when necessary and resolve material shortages
  • Acts as a direct interface in tracking, monitoring and handling clarifications of created purchase orders until availability at demand location
  • Coordination and collaboration with all internal and external colleagues on a professional basis
  • Handles own workload of purchasing volumes while aiming at KPIs achievement and keeping the contracted conditions, by using additional tool for KPIs monitoring
