Role:

Your task will be to support the Law Firm's lawyers conducting projects in the area of ​​commercial law, including:

  • Ongoing corporate service and consulting for the Law Firm's clients (both international corporations and domestic entrepreneurs);
  • Identifying and solving legal problems in the course of ongoing projects (participation in meetings with the Law Firm's clients, developing reorganization scenarios, identifying sensitive areas in the course of the project);
  • Preparation of draft documents for the Law Firm's clients (transformation / merger / division plans, civil law contracts, corporate resolutions, shareholders' agreements, agreements on the transfer of assets / shares / shares, applications in registration proceedings);
  • Additionally, participation in succession planning and transactional projects.

Candidate profile:

  • Very good knowledge of commercial and civil law in the areas necessary in the course of reorganization processes;
  • Interest in projects in the area of ​​company reorganization processes (merger, division, transformation of companies) and civil and commercial law (preparation of civil law contracts, increase/decrease of share capital)
  • An additional advantage will be experience in the field of succession or merger and acquisition planning projects (development of family constitutions, due diligence processes, preparation of investment agreements and share purchase agreements);
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in the implementation of reorganization processes and corporate services gained in a reputable law firm;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, including legal terminology;
  • Initiative and commitment to the implementation of entrusted tasks;

  • Trainee legal adviser / advocate (minimum 1 year) (from 1 to 3 years of experience since graduation).
