Candidate Specification

Essential:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, or holding comparable qualifications in highway and / or linear infrastructure design;

Desirable:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in highway design would be an advantage;

Job Profile

As an Assistant Highway Engineer, you will be involved in the design of Highways in 3D environment. You will be part of design team involved in preparation of highway models to a high level of accuracy within BIM environment. You will liaise with designers and design teams in the execution and delivery of project requirements. You will actively participate in the project implementation of international infrastructure projects. You will actively learn about highway international design standards and develop software skills by using the newest digital technologies.

Job Skills/Competencies Required

• Good knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD or Bentley OpenRoads software;
• Good command of MS Office package;
• Communicative knowledge of written and spoken English and willingness to take active, regular part in English courses provided by our organisation;
• Ability to analyse and solve problems independently;
• Team player with professional and respectful approach towards others;
• Willingness to learn new skills and capabilities offered by the organisation.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of 3D modelling software such as Autodesk Civil 3D is not a must but it would be considered as an advantage.
