Tasks

Once you join our team, you will:

• Receive, verify and book in SAP received/issued invoices. Fix assets accounting
• Book and accrue of accounts payables, system postings
• Support Chief accountant in preparation of the monthly reports: profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement
• Assist Chief accountant in preparation of monthly VAT return
• Prepare supplier account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies between the companies and supplier’s books
• Revise and book local and foreign travel expenses
• Participate in NRA document enquiries
• Work out proposal for payments in consideration with liquidity
• Work out on proposal for development of the process, its continues improvement and re-evaluation of KPIs
• Lead currency planning of 3 banks and 3 currencies

Lufthansa Technik Sofia is part of the Lufthansa Technik base maintenance network. It performs heavy maintenance checks on the Airbus 320 family and Boeing B737 Classic and B737 NG. The company is situated at Sofia airport and operates since October 2008.

Requirements

You match our need, if you have:

• One to three years work experience in Accounting/Finance
• A bachelor’s or higher degree in economics /mathematics
• Very good knowledge in MS Windows, Word, Excel; good SAP skills (FI/CO-module) is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attentive to details
• Very good analytical skills
• Team players' attitude
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
