Job Description & Qualifications

The Second Line IT Support team is responsible for the daily support and maintenance of applications and systems used in the PwC Service Delivery Center, as well as for solving problems related to the IT infrastructure.

Your responsibilities:

  • User support in solving current application problems,
  • Direct contact with internal users (chat, email, ServiceNow),
  • Support for electronic reporting systems and other IT systems,
  • Solving escalated requests from the first line of support,
  • Development and maintenance of a knowledge base about supported applications.

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Good knowledge of VBA, C #,
  • Good knowledge of Office365, especially Excel,
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and Active Directory services,
  • Basic knowledge of SQL,
  • Knowledge of basic network and domain solutions,
  • English acqusition on the communicative level,
  • Analytical thinking skills in solving problems,
  • Independence, diligence and responsibility for entrusted tasks,
  • Ability to work in a team and focus on cooperation,
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges,
  • Knowing Selenium and UiPath will be an advantage.
