Job Purpose:
The Strategy & Operations Specialist (Country) is accountable to support the implementation and execution of strategy, communication, change management, key priorities, and function deliverables in the country. Responsible to support the generating of business insights to drive productivity and provides strategic input for the Country S&O Manager, S&O Head and the country LT. The degree of responsibility given to the S&O Specialist shall reflect their experience, and level of contribution which they can make to the country, for example:

Clinical and PMS reporting and data analysis
SME of systems used for Clinical studies and PMS
SSO event/initiative planner & tracker
Communicator/Change advocator
