Job Description & Qualifications

Main job responsibilities

• Assist in recording, tracking and documenting project plans. Organize and update project data.
• Assist in the analysis of project manpower and preliminary review of settlement. Assist in the organization, conduct and minutes of regular meetings/trainings of the project.
• Assist in project execution follow-up, information recording, organization of comm cell and AAR.
• Assist in discovering and tracking solutions to project issues, push project progress and timely delivery, and cooperate with the project team to perform effective management and risk control.
• Arrangement of other project related tasks.

job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mathematics, statistics, management, economics, finance, hotel/conference management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent information collection and application capabilities
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to use corresponding software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
• Basic English listening, speaking and reading skills, excellent analytical and business planning skills
• Perseverance, enthusiasm, optimism, integrity, honesty and patient-centeredness
• Teamwork
