Job Description & Qualifications

Provide on-site service work to customers. When there is no on-site service work, repairs must be done in the workshop under the arrangement of the service manager. Including but not limited to machine seal disassembly and inspection, fault diagnosis and analysis, etc.

Job function: After Sales Service Repair

Primary duties

• On-site fault diagnosis, fault analysis and providing suggestions. Communicate with the customer team and provide reasonable improvement plans.
• Responsible for detailed failure analysis, including information investigation, reporting, and solutions.
• Prepare technical reports to communicate with customers and demonstrate solutions.
• Self-manage workload and hours while meeting client needs.
• Responsible for on-site surveying and mapping, mechanical seal installation services, and driving services.
• Follow John Crane's various work standards, SOPs, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies.

Basic entry requirements

Skills required:

• More than 3 years of service experience in the machinery industry, especially on-site service experience for rotating equipment.
• Have knowledge of rotating equipment and understand the mechanical structure, working principles, fault phenomena and causes.
• Ability to skillfully use various field measurement instruments.
• Ability to complete fault diagnosis and promote RCS analysis process.
• Priority will be given to those with working experience in multinational companies.
• Priority will be given to those with experience in reliability services.
• Familiar with the use of office software. Such as MS Office, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Mechanical related major, graduated from university or higher vocational college.
• Ability to communicate in English. Able to read English drawings and information.
