Job description

 Lead customer management

  • Lead technical and non-technical communications. customer
  • Control the project to ensure that customers deliver it on time and with quality
  • Maintain good relationships with all client stakeholders
  • Collect and analyze customer and competitive intelligence from all channels to identify new business opportunities

Responsible for product promotion to customers

  • Promote sensors with unique selling points through various channels, such as tours, technology summits and demonstration events
  • Closely track customer new technology trends, new project milestones and needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Actively support customers to resolve roadblocks and convince them to adopt the product to generate new business

Lead the acquisition of new projects

  • Lead the project team to analyze customer needs and come up with competitive product technical solutions for customers
  • Lead the project team to provide product BOM and project budget for price calculation

Lead customer project management

  • Define the project scope, break down work packages to the team and ensure there are no omissions or overlaps in development
  • Create achievable schedules and manage them to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage R&D costs and product costs to ensure they are not exceeded at the end of the project
  • Identify and manage project risks to ensure development quality, cost and time meet targets
  • Synchronize engineering management across functional departments to ensure development quality, time and cost


  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Project management or automotive or electrical education background
  • Excellent communication skills, good English communication skills
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Customer-oriented and efficient cooperation capabilities
