Job Responsibilities

• Review requirements and specifications, and define test conditions. Design test cases and test scripts by yourself, compare with pre-determined standards, record and report the results. Analyze and report testing activity and results. Identify and report issues and risks associated with an individual's work.
• Responsible for analyzing market competition trends and technical challenges, recommending/selecting system structures, application technologies, tools and methods that meet business needs, so as to guide the technical development and application of the department. Responsible for delivering products that can clearly represent the recommended application technology, ensure customer approval and meet the implementation requirements of system developers. Responsible for turning logical design into physical design and forming detailed design documents. Responsible for mapping work to user specifications, eliminating variances and errors from specifications, resulting in a user-friendly process.
• Responsible for establishing standards for programming tools and technologies, and providing advice on applications to ensure consistency. Have technical responsibility for all phases of the software development process. Responsible for preparing project plans and quality plans and advising the system development team. Responsible for the coding of the core modules of the system. Assist the department in the formulation of business and technical strategies, and be responsible for the formulation and improvement of technical white papers within the department. Responsible for assessing various risks that may occur in project realization, and taking effective measures to avoid technical risks. Responsible for the training and guidance of developers' design and development capabilities, and evaluate the correctness of developers' work results.
• Develop product/project data storage solutions, and participate in the formulation of industry/field data standards.
• Responsible for promoting the scope definition and priority determination of large-scale or complex requirement changes. Responsible for selecting the most appropriate method for the way a business requirement is expressed during a specific requirements change effort. Drives the requirements realization process where necessary and is responsible for identifying required stakeholder requirements input. Formal agreement on scope of requirements and establishment of an initiating baseline for a deliverable solution with high-level stakeholders and requirements on a large-scale, complex scale. Responsible for the investigation and application of the scope of requirements change programs, identifying or evaluating the impact of business requirements that have external impacts on a program or project.

Qualifications

• 1.5 years working experience in software development, including more than 2 years working experience in software design.
• Undergraduate
• Able to read professional technical documents in foreign languages ​​proficiently; able to use foreign languages ​​for technical communication;
