Responsibilities
- Deliver annual financial target.
- Independently manage and cooperate with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs), drive commercial policy as well as track business progress.
- Independently manage the network and relationship of Bayer Strategic Retailers (BSRs) and serve mega growers.
- Independently drive demand generation plan and execution.
- Independently develop and drive business plan, forecast consumption progress accurately in a timely manner, map out business upside and downside as well as take proactive actions.
- Manage individual T&E and P&I plan and execution as well.
- Report complaint in time and support investigation on the complaint.
- Achieve annual financial targets.
- Manage independently and work with strategic channel partners (SCPs) to implement business policies and track business progress.
- Independently manage Bayer's strategic retailer (BSR) network and provide high-quality services to large growers.
- Independently implement the plan and execution of demand-driven work.
- Develop and implement business plans independently, forecast consumption progress in a timely and accurate manner, plan business opportunities and risks, and take proactive action.
- Planning and execution of personal travel and marketing expenses.
- Report complaints promptly and assist in related investigations.
Who you are
- Bachelor degree in agriculture or business
- Communication, presentation, knowledge on crop protection & negotiation
- Be positive, willing to win and deliver results as well as travel frequently
- 3 years of relevant work experience
