Role
Requirements phase:
- Analyze intended use & misuse
- Analyze mounting application load
- Derive product general specification including temperature load profile definition, vibration load definition and humidity/water load definition, and so on
Concept study and design phase:
- Prepare damage mechanism during focus area analysis, together with mechanical designers
- Join the design concept review
- Analysis the load path based on the design concept
- Compare stress and strength on design element level
Validation phase:
- Collect information to prepare DVP (design validation plan) and validation items
- Create validation plan and final release of ECU (electronic control unit)
- Create physical analysis order to physical analysis team for product analysis after validation
- Create the and external validation report based on function test result, environmental test result and physical analysis result
Design freeze phase:
- Create TCD (technical customer documentation) for projects
- Create QZ specification for projects
- Series production
- Problem solving and perform reliability predict/risk assessment for series support or quality complaint issue
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, material science or related fields
Job Skills/Competencies Required
- Knowledge about electronic & mechanical components and product reliability
- Problem solving skills under adverse conditions and pressure
- Advanced English knowledge
