Tasks & responsibilities

• Execute the company's business strategy; 
• Effective customer management includes arranging academic visits appropriately and ensuring accurate delivery of product information.
• Independently organize academic meetings, ensuring compliance with company processes during the meetings;
• Participate in and support various business projects of the company, ensuring the successful execution of these projects;
• Support collaboration within the team, across teams, product lines, and departments.
• Provide truthful and accurate business information feedback, supporting necessary updates of daily operational data;
• Attend necessary business training, product knowledge training, compliance training, etc., and complete required professional competency assessments.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Medicine; Preference will be given to candidates with a medical-related major.
• One year (plus or minus) of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical field;
• Good business acumen and learning agility; 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive; strong communication and interpersonal skills; influence.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with medical experts in the medical field;
• Strong innovation and exploration capabilities;
• Self-motivated and willing to take on challenging work under pressure;
• Speech skills, good coordination and organization skills.
