Responsibilties

  • Implement the company's marketing department's strategy, continuously create demand through the following means, and meet and exceed the company's requirements;
  • Effectively manage target customers at different levels, understand the situation of target customers, reasonably arrange the frequency of visits, and ensure the correct delivery of product information;
  • Independent organizations deliver slide presentations to clients;
  • Independently organize roundtable meetings and effectively cooperate with experts to ensure correct prescription habits of doctors;
  • Assist the marketing department to organize regional promotion meetings;
  • Assist the supervisor to complete bidding and medical insurance matters;
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on market information; update database information and current visit information in a timely manner.

Who you are

  • College degree or above in medicine;
  • Have more than 1 year of working experience in a pharmaceutical company and  have excellent performance ;
  • Be honest and proactive in work;
  • Have good business acumen, learning ability and communication skills;
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and influence ;
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with experts in the medical field ;
  • Good innovation and development ability;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Good self-motivation ability and willing to take on challenging work under pressure;
  • Master presentation skills, good coordination and organizational skills.
