- Conduct professional visits and academic seminars in target hospitals in the designated area and meet company requirements. Develop healthy working relationships with local hospital customers and optimize them.
- Actively participate in the learning of professional skills and knowledge and meet company requirements. At the same time, be able to effectively apply the above skills and knowledge in daily academic promotion activities.
- Timely understand and collect customer disease diagnosis and treatment and brand usage information. Submit various reports on time and truthfully as required.
- Actively participate in various business meetings and team building of the company. Share professional promotion experience, insights and market information with the team and assist the supervisor to achieve team goals.
- Actively participate in the implementation of SFA projects, enter relevant information (visits, coverage, meetings, customer visits and quality of medical information provided, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner as required, and assist the supervisor or manager to ensure the effective operation of the system, and be able to be checked and evaluated in terms of quantity and quality.
- Assist the supervisor/manager to ensure that the academic seminar activities of each brand are closely linked to the market development strategy.
- Implement the regional business plan formulated by the supervisor/manager, and formulate and continuously improve the business plan for the designated area.
- Ensure that all activities undertaken are in full compliance with the company's policies and quality standards, the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and other relevant codes of conduct.
- Comply with GSK's global quality policy and global quality policy.
- Complete all tasks required by superiors.
Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.
- At least one year of work experience, preferably in the field of medical professional visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good information collection and application skills
- Basic computer operation skills and corresponding software application skills, such as: Word, Excel, etc.
- Basic English listening, speaking and reading skills
- Analytical skills and business planning skills
- Perseverance, enthusiasm, positive optimism
- Honesty, patient-centered
- Have a certain influence
- Teamwork
