Job Description & Qualifications

The first Bosch sales office in Asia opened in Shanghai on October 19, 1909.
Today, all four Bosch business sectors are present in China: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project management for product industrialization, taking leading for logistic concept include plant material flow design via lean logistic method (BPS) and I 4.0 approach.
  • Coordinate with CC/LOI-CN for central project roll out. eg Devis, Dock-Yard...
  • Based on current logistic planning and warehouse shop floor maturity, identify potential automation/digitalization improvement projects and take leading and project management according to department vision
  • Coordinate with internal & external resources to develop proper IT/digital solution for business needs, eg improve working efficiency/planning maturity via "Automation anywhere";
  • As LOG ITM (IT security) coordinator, lead/support to implement related regulations and standards. Ensure IT security in LOG.
  • Support on BPS maturity cross assessment, conduct regular self-assessment to know the situation.


  • Bachelor degree or above in logistic engineering/industrial engineering/information technology, major Computer Engineering.
  • At least 2 years experiences in supply chain management or Lean logistic/ Production related. I 4.0 related experience.
  • Lean logistic; Project management.
  • Basic Data analysis;
  • Initiative and cooperative mindsets, work independently under fast paced & complex environment
  • Coding like VBA, SQL, Java
