Role

  • Project and database
  • Arrange project meeting, on-site support, responsible for meeting minutes.
  • Maintain the project team;
  • File key project documents and maintain database
  • Organize and make PPT or WORD according to business needs
  • Assist in handling administrative affairs
  • Conduct conference calls, video conferences and face-to-face meetings according to business needs
  • Arrange and ensure maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintain work environment, liaise with team members, etc., report facility issues to relevant support functions

Job requirements

  • School-based/master/doctorate, such as biology, medicine, pharmacy, chemistry, etc.
  • Fluent written, read and spoken English
  • If you pass PMP (Project Management Professional), it is preferred
