Job objective

Support the work of the line manager. Under the guidance of the line manager, complete the collection and arrangement of relevant documents, as well as the follow-up and summary of the project.

Main job responsibilities

  • Help the company collect central and local policies;  
  • Help formulate central and local implementation strategies;  
  • Organize central and local project forms;  
  • Help the GA region to first review the settlement sheets of primary and secondary schools;  
  • Translate some Training for headquarters capacity building ; helping to collect central and local policies and complete policy updates;
  • Support the application and follow-up of relevant workflows such as central and local projects;
  • Translation of documents (including Chinese to English and English to Chinese);
  • Support cross-departmental communication

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Honest and patient-centered
  • Have a certain influence
