Job Description & Qualifications

18 million+ Chinese patients have benefited from Novartis products! In this job, you will support the representative team of Novartis to deliver cutting-edge and professional pharmaceutical knowledge and optimized drug treatment plan to clinicians, so as to help relevant patients get more economical, safe and effective treatment and rehabilitation.

Your key responsibilities:

• Master the company's financial related policies, responsible for regional expense budget and actual statistics and feedback;
• Check sales area questions, sales volume statistics, etc.;
• Support regional related conferences: regional conferences, semi-annual conferences, annual conferences, etc.;
• Assist in answering the daily questions of the sales team, and provide relevant support for personnel entry and exit;
• Provide relevant data analysis support for conference analysis;
• Arrange the daily travel arrangements of the regional manager;
• Other administrative tasks assigned by superiors

Basic Requirements

The basic job requirements you need to meet:

• Full-time college degree or above;
• Basic oral English skills
• Familiar with MS office software, good excel and PowerPoint operation ability;
• Practical, careful, strong sense of responsibility;
• Resist pressure, and have good learning ability and interpersonal communication skills;
