Job Description & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Complete the annual sample testing task.
  • Manage annual ASHI certification project of the laboratory: formulation and modification of SOP, reagent quality control, calibration and maintenance of instruments and equipment and capability assessment.
  • Customer on-site technical support, provide technical services to customers, assist customers to complete experiments, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with sales team to understand customer needs, identify key customers, build good relationship with customers, and provide support to maintain customer relationship
  • Cooperate with commercial team to promote new products and new technology
  • Focus on driving excellence in lab service, customer applications and technical support

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree major in Molecular Biology or Biological Engineering.
  • Requires a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in HLA or similar field. Experience in Biotech & large corporations is preferred.
