What are my job responsibilities?

Responsibilities: 

We need to work closely with the sales team, headquarters, and factories to provide customers with high-value digital industrial products and supporting services through professional product portfolio optimization, pricing system establishment and management, multi-channel product promotion, full-chain product support, and systematic product training. This will help customers achieve intelligent upgrades and efficient development, promote Siemens products to build core competitiveness in the market, and become a trustworthy product partner for customers in the industrial field.

In the diverse and professional work of product operations, product managers at Siemens Digital Industries play four important roles:

• Pay attention to changes in market demand trends and the iterative development of competitors, conduct competitiveness analysis of our own products, work with headquarters to promote product portfolio optimization, and identify the right direction and priorities for product layout;
• Establish a reasonable pricing system and conduct annual price adjustments based on market dynamics to ensure that product prices match market competition and the company's development needs;
• Develop product promotion strategies, explore key product lines and new application scenarios, promote products through multiple channels, create and update sales tools for all categories, and ensure that customers fully perceive the value of the products.
• We provide comprehensive follow-up on product-related issues, process implementation, resource management, and technical support, and conduct systematic product training to provide professional support for the entire product ecosystem from R&D to launch.

You will become a specialist in " intelligent measurement and analysis products ," a practitioner of " full-chain product operation management , " and a trusted " product partner " for customers and the sales team ; a versatile product talent with a " growth mindset , " who continuously breaks through product operation boundaries, broadens professional knowledge, and enhances comprehensive capabilities through continuous market insight, product research, and collaboration with multiple parties, while effectively using professional skills and cross-domain influence to empower yourself, your team, and your customers.

How can I become competent in this role?

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above , 2026 graduates, with priority given to candidates majoring in measurement and control technology, electrical engineering, automatic control, mechanical engineering, artificial intelligence, industrial engineering, or other related STEM fields.
• A certain level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
