job description

• Lead a team of composite technicians to provide technical support for the composite process and improve production technology, production efficiency and product quality.
• Introducing new RFID technology, new processes, and new equipment to enable a more stable process and higher productivity under the current circumstances.
• Compilation, regular review and update of complex process operating guidelines and operating procedures, as well as related training for production employees;
• Investigate problems in daily production and develop solutions.
• Responsible for the training and development of technicians and production staff;
• Work with production teams and product engineers to launch new products.
• Make requests of suppliers to improve software and hardware.                                                                             
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

• At least two years of working experience in composite die-cutting or printing industry
• Those who are familiar with equipment structure and working principles, and those with experience in industrial control and RFID will be given priority.   
• Requires strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of motivation, initiative and energy.

• Proficient in English communication
