Job Description

  • Working as servicing advisors to deliver high touch client-facing activities like on-boarding and lending services.
  • Partner with RM, Sales, Product and Ops team to ensure integrated and standard services across 5 Wholesale Banking segments.
  • To initiate and work with relevant stakeholders to drive and implement strategic process improvements.
  • Participate in the development of client implementation and service enhancement strategies that drive client experience satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Ensure full awareness of bank policies, risk controls, regulations and strive for full compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with various levels of management and business across the enterprise
  • Demonstrate e2e ownership and drive for results to support the business.
  • Keen on process streamline and good sense of risk controls.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in banking middle office or front office or similar capacity.
