Job Description & Qualifications

Through professional visits and academic seminars, we provide professional services to patients and customers, convey GSK brand information, and maintain GSK's brand reputation to achieve the company's overall business goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct professional visits and academic seminars in target hospitals in designated areas and meet company requirements. Develop and optimize healthy working relationships with local hospital clients.
  • Actively participate in learning professional skills and knowledge, and meet company requirements. At the same time, you can effectively apply the above skills and knowledge in daily academic promotion activities.
  • Understand and collect information about customers' disease diagnosis and treatment and brand usage in a timely manner. Submit various reports on time and truthfully as required.
  • Actively participate in various business meetings and team building of the company. Share professional promotion experience, insights and market information with the team, and assist superiors to achieve team goals.
  • Assist your superior managers (leaders) to ensure the effective operation of the system by actively participating in the implementation of the SFA project and promptly and accurately entering relevant information (visits, coverage, meetings, customer visits, quality of medical information provision, etc.) as required. and can be inspected and evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Assist superior managers (leaders) to ensure that each brand's academic seminar activities are closely connected with market development strategies.
  • Implement the regional business plan formulated by the superior manager (leader), formulate and continuously improve the business plan for the designated area. The Senior Key Account Manager provides advice and leads the execution of business plans.
  • Regularly visit decision makers to communicate key academic information and policies.
  • Ensure that all activities undertaken are in full compliance with the company's policies and quality standards, the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and other relevant codes of conduct.
  • Comply with GSK’s global quality policy and global quality guidelines.
  • Complete various tasks required by superiors.

Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)

  • Bachelor's degree, background in medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc. is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in the field of medical professional visits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good information collection and application skills
  • Basic computer operation skills and corresponding software application abilities, such as: Word, Excel, etc.
  • Basic English listening, speaking and reading skills
  • Analytical and business planning skills
  • Perseverance, enthusiasm, positivity and optimism
  • Honesty and patient-centeredness
  • Have a certain influence
  • Teamwork
