About The Business

We provide assurance to CFOs and their finance functions to help successfully navigate disruptive events through the corporate lifecycle and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Work you'll do

  • Conduct a quantitative and qualitative in-depth financial and internal control assessment of clients’ financial statements, business model to identify the gap with listed companies and help customers redefine the financial statements reporting and internal control system;
  • Assist clients to assess their IPO preparation for accounting, financial functions and internal control according to relevant listing rules, and put forward practical improvement suggestions;
  • Assist clients in the financial analysis of the acquisition target in M&A;
  • Assist PE clients in target screening through financial analysis and closely monitor the investee performance through financial review model;

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor or Master degree of any disciplines, but preferably a degree in Finance, Accounting or related subjects
  • Preferably professional accounting qualification (e.g. HKICPA, CICPA, AICPA, CIMA, etc.), but would also consider candidate with strong client delivery experience
  • At least 1yrs audit, internal audit, or internal control or relevant working experience
  • Willing to travel
