Deloitte’s Audit business includes independent External Audit services where the objective is to attest or to express an opinion as to whether the financial statements give a true and fair view in all material respects, in accordance with the identified financial reporting framework. Our External Audits deliver insights that help our clients better understand how to address risks and enhance business management and financial processes and controls. We bring together the diverse skills and industry experience of our people with our leading-edge technology, to deliver high-quality audits of financial statements and internal controls over financial reporting.

Deloitte’s Assurance business leverages our professional accounting, controls and corporate reporting expertise to deliver assurance and related advisory services on both financial and non-financial information. Our Assurance and related advisory services are focused on engagements related to Accounting & Reporting, Controls, and Sustainability & Emerging Assurance (including AI Assurance). We bring together the diverse skills and industry experience of our people across our global network, with our leading-edge technology, to deliver high-quality assurance reports and valuable advice and insights across the corporate reporting landscape.

Control Assurance

Control Assurance is focused on Control related assurance services, including Internal Audit, IPO Control Readiness, Financial Control Testing and Internal Controls Transformation with technology tools and assets. Through this we help clients to build resilience, confidence and trust in their systems, processes and internal controls. Our clients include all segments covering State Owned companies, multi-national companies and Private companies. Our clients come from various industries, and we mainly focus on Automotive, Consumer Products & Retail, Energy & Resources, Health & Life Sciences and TMT industries.

During your tenure as an analyst in Control Assurance, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, creating purpose, delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, science, engineering, economics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber & Information Security, Math, Statistics, or other related discipline
• Strong academic performance
• Aspires to be a professional and demonstrated strong interest in our profession
• Demonstrates active learning capability
•  Demonstrates ability to comprehend and analyze complex issue in business context
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks
• Be able to communicate effectively and relate with people effectively
• Demonstrates leadership potential at extra curriculum activities
• Be proficient in MS office and other computer software
• Willing to travel
