Objectives:

  • Planning, preparation and execution of the projects within the PD&D lab.
  • Provide technical support to production of both EM(50%) and ED(50%).
  • Set-up and maintenance of the laboratory relevant procedures/methods and laboratory working environment according to BASF safety and quality standards.

Main Tasks:

  • Plan, prepare and execute laboratory work, including new process transfer, raw materials validation, process optimization, production trouble-shooting and customer complain investigation;
  • Document, evaluate and present the obtained results; Prepare project reports in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate with the other departments to implement the projects;
  • Set-up and maintain the equipment and working environment based on BASF safety and quality standards, including samples handling and storage;
  • Prepare, maintain and execute the PD procedures and test methods;
  • Implementing temporary tasks and other works from PD&D Manager

Requirements:

  • Education: BSc or MSc in chemistry or related area
  • Working experience: At least three years working experience in a laboratory environment
