Responsibility (priority ranking)

  • Strictly abide by the headquarters' quality policy, SOP, and current approved inspection methods, conduct inspection and stability studies on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with the inspection plan, and issue reports in time to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the data. Participate in method validation and verification according to work needs.
  • Support testing work such as process verification, cleaning verification, second supplier development, deviation investigation, etc.
  • Manage and use laboratory instruments, reagents, standard solutions and reference substances in accordance with standard operating procedures, and record preparation, use records and inspection records in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for laboratory instrument calibration and daily maintenance
  • Report the deviations in the experiment to the supervisor or manager in time, and assist the supervisor or manager in the OOS/QR investigation
  • Read and be familiar with the MSDS of each reagent before the experiment , and strictly abide by the company's EHS regulations.
  • Complete the 5S responsibilities of the contract area .
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the laboratory as needed.    

Education/experience

Major in chemistry or pharmacy, college degree or above, more than 2 years of relevant work experience , can read English pharmacopoeia, can use office software.



Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Pharmaceutical expertise, GMP expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, national drug regulations, labor laws, environmental protection laws, etc., have experience in independently operating HPLC or ICP, and master simple parts replacement and maintenance.
  • Job skills : Proficiency in physical and chemical and simple instrument testing work, and have other job skills required for the job
  • Communication skills: Have a certain level of communication and expression skills; be able to communicate with colleagues / report to superiors without communication barriers
  • Knowledge sharing: actively communicate with colleagues, share your own experience / skills and problems encountered
