Core Business Operations

Reimagine, design, and optimize our clients' operating model, from business processes to underlying technology, and help them leverage innovations, deliver market-leading services, improve financial performance, and accelerate growth. Our Cloud & Engineering services help our clients make the best use of modern public and private cloud platforms, from large-scale cloud transformations and migrations, to leveraging world-class cloud-native infrastructure services for analytics, AI, systems development / DevOps, and more.

Work you will do

• Produces a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team
• Business transformation disruption and value driven services
• Cloud strategy and business case
• As Functional Consultant, support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements in cloud-first infrastructure transformations
• As Technical Consultant, support the development of technology components and solutions in cloud-first infrastructure transformations
• Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements
• Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation
• Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery
• Help ensure the quality and acceptance of outputs through client validation and rigorous and proactive testing
• Custom native application architecture, development and implementation
• SaaS implementation
• Cloud migration and managed service
• Collects, assimilates and analyzes relevant data and uses cloud and data services to help surface and support solutions
• Applies basic cloud concepts to client and Deloitte business models
• Applies background in cloud and relevant Deloitte methodology to support cloud solutions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above from top universities and institutions
• Prefers major in Data science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, other Engineering related majors;
• Have Strong interest and point of view in the transition and transformation in the digital and intelligent age;
• Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology；
• Be passionate about excelling a career in Consulting; Previous internship at Consultancy is a plus;
• A fast learner and a strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident;
• Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills；
• Strong oral and written Chinese & English language communication skills；
• Proficiency in MS Office.
