Job Description & Qualifications

As Service Delivery – Order to Cash Staff you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of documents in the Consignment Costing Software and JDE reporting systems and assist in the monthly and yearly end close out. You will also

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Prepare letter for cancellation of pay orders received from procurement, file letter, and ensure that bank has provided a credit
  • Manage the settlement of imports and distributor claims which impact the business and financial statements
  • Prepare and record journal vouchers in JDE
  • Support line manager in proper booking of Clearing Agent bills against related Consignments and posting entries Consignment Costing (CC) and in JDE
  • Assist in preparation of payments to Clearing Agent bills with their invoice number, income tax, advances, and net payment
  • Follow up to collect bank advices from treasury and assist them to book in Consignment Costing System and JDE
  • Follow up outstanding bank advices from Procurement
  • Ensure that shipment schedules and agent bills are entered against the item before closing
  • Enter shipment schedule in CC through invoices received from Purchase department and post in JDE
  • Assist the line manager to resolve issues in bills relating to stocks received by contacting relevant departments
  • Support the reconciliation of price purchase variance and the stock in JDE
  • Assist line managers to follow up on old advances and send tax challans to Tax department
