Role

  • Develop sales activities in designated areas to achieve sales targets set by management
  • Providing sales support to existing customers and finding new business opportunities in designated areas
  • Provide product technical support for doctors, nurses and other hospital-related personnel
  • Understanding new developments in the business under responsibility and predicting potential positive or negative impacts
  • Provide sales-related reports to regional sales managers, including goals, weekly customer reports, marketing campaigns and other information needed by management
  • Actively handle customer complaints and follow up with correct procedures or methods to respond to customer requirements for products, prices and maintenance
  • Work with Channel Department to ensure timely submission of all up-to-date contracts, tenders and quotations
  • Familiar with the company's products and continuously improve product knowledge and sales ability through sales training

Requirements

  • Techincal college (3-year) degree or above
  • More than three years of sales experience in the medical device industry


Job Skills/Competencies Required

Familiar with basic medical or company-related product knowledge
