Job Description & Qualifications

Sales representatives are the primary drivers of our customer interactions and sales results. They are the voice of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships to create value for customers and patients, driving sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner

About the Role

main duty:

• Ensure to visit a specified number of target customers every month and organize product academic promotion meetings to cooperate with the company's large-scale academic activities
• Establish a complete customer management system and improve customer service quality
• Implement the reporting system in a timely and accurate manner, report work progress in a timely manner, and provide timely feedback on market information
• Cooperate with regional managers in collaborative visits
• Complete tasks assigned by the regional manager or regional manager
• Actively participate in and promote compliance projects, lead by example, and convey compliance culture. Comply with the rules and regulations promulgated by the medical institutions covered or visited regarding medical representatives or persons related to the pharmaceutical enterprise

(Senior medical representatives , product specialists and senior product specialists should complete the following tasks on the basis of the above responsibilities)

• Assist regional managers to provide help and guidance to newly hired representatives to familiarize themselves with customers, markets, company reporting systems and related policies, etc.

basic requirements:

• Majors related to biological sciences, medicine and health, chemistry and chemical engineering, or other majors with training directions related to medicine (such as management or marketing (medicine-related)), college degree or above (college degree or above in non-above majors, must have two More than 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical field)
• Relevant position work experience
• Senior medical representatives / product specialists / senior product specialists must be able to pass the company's relevant qualification certifications, have abilities and performance that meet the company's job requirements, and have a strong sense of compliance.
• Basic oral English skills
