(Senior) Medical Representative / (Experienced) Product Specialist

Why this job matters

We are looking for a (Senior) Pharmaceutical Representative/(Experienced) Product Specialist to help us bring Novartis products to more patients more quickly. You will represent Novartis in delivering cutting-edge, professional pharmaceutical knowledge and optimized drug treatment plans to clinicians, thereby helping patients receive more economical, safe, and effective treatment and recovery. This position will report directly to the Regional Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure monthly visits to a specified number of target clients and organize product academic promotion meetings, in conjunction with the company's large-scale academic events.
• Establish a comprehensive customer management system to improve customer service quality.
• Execute the reporting system promptly and accurately, report work progress in a timely manner, and provide timely feedback on market information.
• Coordinated visits with the regional manager
• Complete the work tasks assigned by the regional manager or area manager.
• Actively participate in and promote compliance projects, leading by example and fostering a culture of compliance. Adhere to the rules and regulations issued by the healthcare institutions you cover or visit, concerning pharmaceutical representatives or personnel related to pharmaceutical companies.

(In addition to the above responsibilities, senior medical representatives , product specialists, and senior product specialists shall complete the following tasks.)

• Assist regional managers in helping and coaching newly hired representatives to familiarize themselves with clients, the market, company reporting systems, and relevant policies.

Basic requirements:

• Applicants should have a college diploma or above in biological sciences, medicine and health, chemistry and chemical engineering, or other majors with a training direction related to medicine (such as management or marketing (medicine-related)). (For those with a college diploma or above in other majors, at least two years of work experience in the pharmaceutical field is required.)
• Relevant work experience
• Senior medical representatives / product specialists / senior product specialists must pass the company's relevant qualification certifications, possess abilities and performance that meet the company's requirements for the position, and have a strong sense of compliance.
• Basic spoken English skills
