Neusoft Lingxi Talent Program - Technical Management Trainee Program is a group-level strategic talent reserve plan with a total rotation period of two years. It implements a two-way matching system based on individual ability positioning and departmental job requirements, customizing training paths and promoting the collaborative development of outstanding talents. Simultaneously, a quarterly assessment mechanism is implemented to effectively quantify the work results of management trainee teams, enhancing trainees' sense of accomplishment and personal value. Furthermore, a management trainee committee will be established, with each team assigned five mentors: a senior vice president of the group as the executive mentor, responsible for broadening horizons; technical experts as technical mentors, providing technical knowledge support; key employees from business departments as business experts, responsible for improving business skills; a leadership team and coaching team as personal development mentors, responsible for career planning and guidance; and senior management trainees and project managers as daily companion mentors, responsible for experience sharing and work experience optimization. This program cultivates future group leaders and managers from multiple dimensions, including technology, business, and management.

The Technical Management Trainee program is divided into six training directions:

Healthcare: Utilizing AI technology to process medical images, develop data analysis tools, clean and mine massive amounts of medical record data, participate in the development and optimization of medical insurance system functions, and improve the system's intelligence level;

Intelligent Vehicles: Engaging in cutting-edge fields, deeply integrating large-scale model capabilities, participating in the development of intelligent automotive systems, writing core code and optimizing neural network models, and exploring the deep integration of large-scale models and intelligent driving;

Project Management: Coordinating cross-departmental resources, participating in technical breakthroughs, promoting the efficient implementation of technical projects, using intelligent tools to analyze R&D processes, and optimizing team collaboration efficiency;

Software Support: Participating in the entire software lifecycle management, ensuring system stability from development to operation and maintenance, developing intelligent development tools, optimizing model training and deployment processes, providing technical solutions, and supporting efficient product iteration;

Digital Transformation: Developing enterprise-level digital products, using algorithms to optimize business processes, participating in data governance, building a data asset system and management rules, analyzing industry trends, and providing decision support for the enterprise's digital transformation strategy;

Business with Japan: Participate in the development of software/hardware products and apps for the Japanese market; conduct software development testing and Windows application development; complete module development on schedule; write design documents and solutions; conduct software unit testing; assist in testing systems and modules; and participate in software system design and analysis.

Job Qualifications

  • Master's/PhD graduates of 2025/2026;
  • Possessing professional knowledge and data analysis skills in computer science and artificial intelligence, proficient in Java/Python/C++, and those who have published high-level technical papers in related fields or have practical project experience are preferred;
  • Strong self-motivation and stress resistance, with good flexibility and adaptability to changes in the environment;
  • Excellent communication, learning, and leadership skills, with those having student leadership or club experience preferred;
  • Possessing innovative thinking, a spirit of challenge, and a results-oriented approach;
  • Some specializations require Japanese (N2 or above), English, German, etc., and those with excellent language skills will be given priority consideration.
