Our Private Client Services Group is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Associate with wills, trusts, taxation, and estate planning and administration experience to join our Toronto office.

Miller Thomson’s Private Client Services Group is one of the largest and most prominent in Canada, specializing in the day-to-day and long-term planning needs of many of Canada’s most successful private family enterprises and individuals. We provide a complete range of services with respect to estate planning, personal and corporate tax, business succession planning, trusts, estate administration, trust and estate litigation and incapacity and elder law. We are a team-oriented and collegial group with a strong belief in mentorship, training, and providing opportunities for lawyers at all levels.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • 1-7 years of relevant wills, trusts and estate planning and administration experience
  • Relevant tax experience or an interest in learning relevant tax law
  • A license to practice law in Ontario
  • Proven client management skills
