The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our internal talent acquisition team ensuring that Alida has the right people on our team to expand our global reach. As a valuable member of the talent team you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across the globe to attract, source, recruit and on-board talent ensuring fit with our DNA and company culture. We are looking for someone who has a high sense of urgency, passion and desire to push what’s possible in talent acquisition. What You Will Be Doing

  • Source, headhunt, screen, interview and manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance and on-boarding
  • Facilitate and lead intake meetings with leaders and hiring managers to review and create job descriptions as needed and to better understand technical requirements, skills and qualifications and the desired characteristics of candidates for open roles
  • Utilize our ATS (Lever) to build pipeline, develop nurture campaigns and track recruitment activity by entering all data and notes
  • Build candidate networks and pipelines through sourcing passive candidates
  • Partner and collaborate with the greater HR team on compensation, benefits, legal and any privacy/security/compliance issues
  • Advise internal clients on recruitment best practices
  • Collaborate with manager and team members on talent attraction and employer branding strategies
  • Ensure candidates are provided a world class experience during the recruitment process and that feedback is provided on a timely basis
  • Articulate the value of joining Alida and the career opportunities that exist here
  • Ad hoc projects as they come up

Who We Are Looking For

  • CXM/TXM experience is ideal but solid experience in the tech industry is awesome too!
  • You love to source, and pride yourself on headhunting candidates and engaging with passive talent
  • You have experience recruiting for Technology, Product, Marketing, IT, Sales, Customer Success...for all levels!
