Summer Student - ITSM

• Help out with capturing requirements and documenting them for the admin/developers within the team to work on updates to the ITSM toolset.
• Helping the team with documentations.
• Help clear our the Incident/Service Request backlog for the ITSM Team.
• Helping coordinate meetings with different business units when the work effort demands higher collaboration
